TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 30% advance payment should be deposited in bank for booking confirmation and balance amount need to be paid at the time of check-in
- Check-in time 2 pm
- Check -out time 11 am
- ID proof of guests should be provided at the time of check-in
- Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and/or additional charges
- Security deposit Rs 10000/- to be paid at the time of check-in, will be fully refunded at the time of check-out if there is no damage/misuse in the villa
- Decrease of number of travelers will not provide a rate decrement
Additional guest will be charged at Rs 1500/- per person per night
- No loud music/noise from 10 pm to 10 am
- Children below 6 years stay for free (sharing parents bed)
